Responsible of IT for renewable energy business.

• Lead and coordinate the teams for the development of regional applications ensuring the proper delivery of Retail (POS), Supply Chain, Finance, Business Intelligence, Sales and B2B solutions.• Conduct the territory IT projects portfolio, identifying current and future business needs through a close relationship with internal customers and aligning them to the global IT applications roadmap and enterprise strategy. Develop and control of the annual IT portfolio budget.• Responsible for coordinating SAP enterprise release, ensuring that Process Leads accomplish validations stages and deliverables. Communicating effectively to the business timelines, impacts and covered projects.

Reporting to General Manager - CEO • Strategic IT plan definition aligned to business trends, formulating annual IT budget and tracking expenditure. Dealing with IT contractors and defining service level agreement.• Identification of business needs and providing IT initiatives and solutions to enhance business performance. • Responsible for ERP systems implementation covering financial and accounting, supply chain, assets & material management, production and human resources modules.• Leading the implementation of Business Intelligence Microstrategy, generating dashboards and reports in a dynamic way including main KPIs for each company business. Reducing people to 60% in control and reporting area as well as getting faster information response.

• Responsible for a program of technological upgrading: change of servers and storage, VMWare virtualization, high-availability solutions and backup, datacenter building, migration to Microsoft platform (DC, Exchange, Sharepoint, SQL Server).• Leading the renovation of the network platform (switches and routers), security (firewalls and antivirus solutions) and Cisco IP telephony system achieving significant cost reductions in international communications.• Designing and building of the network connectivity between remote sites and central office through VPNs aside from evaluation of radio frequency’s links.

• Development and implementation of radio frequency links analysis module of the integral spectrum management system, designated for the National Regulatory Agency of Electronic Communications.• Collaboration in functional analysis and design for development of a radio frequency license assignment module of the integral spectrum management system. • Creation of process to convert and correct data for migration to the new database model of the spectrum management system.

• Analysis of new technologies for radio and digital TV to ensure the alignment and implementation in all group companies. • Planning project of ARTEAR-Canal13 for the first national digital TV station network. • Technical check-ups and approvals of fiber optic and coaxial networks design in several Multicanal country areas.• Economic and technical evaluation of network building projects and their subsequent follow-up.
