Redefining routes of sourcing and logistics for the entire supplier base as well as the delivery process to customers / dealers. (15 persons under control- Processing time: 6 months).> INLAND TRANSPORT / LOGISTIC COMPANY (STEEL PRODUCTS): External Responsible for implementation of the Quality Management System - Objective (done) to obtain certification Standard ISO 9001:2000. ZF do Brazil Ltda. - ZF Friedrichshafen AG - Germany (Gear Boxes & Drive Components) Sorocaba (SP) – BrazilActuated as Chief Project Manager (Mercosur):> Responsible for planning, co-ordinating and controlling the development process of a new product (5 speed mechanical gearbox – Brazil). > Areas under control: Purchasing & Logistics, Product and Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Cost & Controlling and Production – Staff: 7 persons > Methodology applied: APQP - FMEA & DFMEA including speficic customer requirement: PPAP. > An Appropriation for Expenditures was developed as well as a Financial Model for budgeting and controlling.
