CurrentAs Geospatial Consultant, my role involves meticulously reviewing invitations to tenders as they arrive, promptly notifying MGS inter-sales departments of their inclusion, and ensuring that scope documents contain adequate information. I am responsible for preparing sales proposals and tender submissions for prospective projects within time constraints.A significant aspect of my position includes maintaining and updating our CRM systems, conducting market analysis, and identifying, tracking, and managing a pipeline of business opportunities.Leveraging my geospatial background, in-house metrics, lead generation techniques, client visits, and post-sales follow-up, I assist the Sales Manager with ongoing relationship management and service reviews to retain clients and foster future business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Directly interact with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Sales Manager Support: Assist the Sales Manager in various tasks, including relationship management and service reviews.BIM & Digital Twin Environments: Engage within broader Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Digital Twin Environments.Tender Document Review: Review, comprehend, and request further information or clarifications on tender scope documents.Service Opportunity Recognition: Understand all company offerings to identify additional service opportunities.Client Feedback Integration: Take ownership of the client feedback process to drive process improvements.Estimating Workflow Optimization: Review and enhance estimating workflows for each service proposal.Cross-Department Representation: Serve as a representative for the Digital Engineering Knowledge base and support.Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise on project matters related to spatial data.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales proposals comply with current regulations and internal policies
