Tax provision and cash taxes: Calculation and management of Spanish Corporate tax provision under tax consolidation regime. Monitoring and supervising corporate tax provision of all subsidiaries overseas in liaison with the Group’s CFO. Planning and management of Corporate Income Tax cash out-flow. Responsible for ax accounting and deferred tax position of the Group at worldwide level.Tax planning: Design, implementation and monitoring of tax cost controlling measures and tax planning measures.Due diligence: Extensive experience in due diligence processes, M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, as well as implementing tax efficient cross border structures and cross border transactions.Transfer pricing: Directing policy, economic and financial impact and documentation.Tax compliance: Leader of the Group’s international tax compliance and reporting system.Tax planning of Expats/Impats’ Policy, determination of tax residency status and calculation of global tax burden.Tax audits: Direct liaison with Tax Authorities (Spanish and foreign). Defense of tax/legal procedures before Tax Authorities (tax audits) and Tribunals.Leadership, diversity, team builder: Creation and leadership of multicultural working teams made up of professionals based in different countries, using assertive communication skills and relationship building.
