I have consulted large global corporations, small businesses and start-ups in the US, Europe, South America, and China.I was one of the leading roles in the legendary Cemex ready-mix transformation with Ph.D. Kenneth Massey; developed interdisciplinary drugs development teams at Genentech with Chief Medical Officer MD Hal Barons and Ph.D. Biostatistics Corsee Sanders; accelerated cycle times for a 4 billion dollars capital investment program in renewable energy wind farms in Southern and Scottish Energy (SSE) sponsored by SSE SVP Mark Mathieson and lead by CEO David Gardner; implemented and innovative Circuit Investment Contract to manage capital investments in SSE Network Distribution with Paul Richard and Mark Kelly; expanded ChinaHR recruitment business sales by implementing commercial practices in T1 cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou lead by Head of Operations Teppo Helles.My background is economics and value modeling.
