I contributed by establishing KPI's for the detection of opportunities for improvements, reduction of downtime for damages, compliance with preventive maintenance plans and create controls in the biomass laboratory area that helped in the selection of the best quality product that allowed to increase the efficiency of the plant.

I contributed rehabilitating and updating inventory ins & outs system, implementation of a quotation and billing system, accounts receivable and accounts payable system, budget controls for project management, KPI's for measuring sales results, delivery times and import times that helped us to have an increase in sales with the implementation of all these controls.

Contributes to the increase of production in the area of 'Potting' through the implementation of control of producction goals per shift, avoid damages with the proper configuration of the speed of the machines, analysis and balancing of the machines and automation of the area with scada system to manage dead time control. Subsequently in the area of ​​assembly through the proper management of personnel (600-800 operators) and rebalancing of production lines using the same resources the savings were achieved approx. 40% of overtime equivalent to $ 7k per week, additional improvements were made in the lines of low volume to save space and equipment equivalent to $ 60k and with all this it was possible to achieve more than 99% of the programmed production. I did improvements in the production report, which included indicators for plant and supervisors that helped to improve the efficiency of the plant.

Temporary Maintenance Supervisor in the WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant) after done my University professional practice in which I did: 1. A system of automatic polymer dosage for press band machine, 2. A fat collection system was developed that diminished on average 30% of the collection trips, 3. Redesign in the PLC screens in order to handle a better operation process.
