As a Community Ambassador for the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) and Code to Cloud, we play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive community around cloud-native technologies. Your primary responsibilities include: • Advocacy and Outreach • Community Engagement • Education and Support • Content Creation • Feedback and Improvement Impact:As a Community Ambassador, We have a significant impact on the cloud-native ecosystem. By promoting CNCF projects and fostering a collaborative environment, we help accelerate the adoption of cloud-native technologies. Our efforts contribute to the growth and success of the community, driving innovation and enabling organizations to build and operate scalable, resilient, and secure applications.

Primary support and engineering contact accountable for the customer’s Azure support experience driving resolution of complex critical problems and supporting key customer projects on Azure. Acting as the voice of the customer within Azure to escalate problems and to drive prioritization of platform/support improvement needs for customers.- Proactive Customer Engagement – Understand and support their key solutions, workloads, and priorities on Azure including regular engagement on trend analysis, proactive monitoring, and event planning.- Strategic Project Execution – Own project-level Azure issues and actively drive them towards resolution whilst ensuring support and engineering readiness for key milestones.- Critical Problem Resolution – Lead Azure Support to drive fast mitigation of issues impacting critical workloads and provide timely communication in a 24x7x365 global support environment.- Case Ownership – Directly own a subset of customer support cases from end to end. Deliver a great customer support experience. Continuously grow Azure technical skills.- RCA Ownership – Own and drive the timely delivery of quality root cause analysis (RCA) to understand and prevent future occurrence of reported issues.- Engineering Engagement – Relentlessly champion and advocate driving product feedback, feature requests to address customer pain points and improve Azure resiliency.

• Responsible for the design and implementation of Cloud solutions, Cloud Migrations, Disaster recovery solutions, Unix administration and project management. Working with technologies like AWS, Azure, Netapp, EMC, VMWare, Hyper-V, Project, Visio, Linux and Microsoft Solutions. • Led various implementation of technology-based projects. Developed and managed budgets and timelines for technical projects and services to be delivered to various clients.• Successfully delivered projects including Datacenter cloud migrations from on-premise to on-premise, on-premise to Azure Cloud, Datacenter updates, patching and compliance, Disaster and recovery planning and tests, Cloud management and automated solutions using scripting.• Involved in managing and troubleshooting Hybrid environment issues between on premise and cloud servers• Involved in troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues including VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Site and recovery solutions like Azure Site Recovery and Azure Load Balancers.• Successfully developed cloud security improvements, implementing scripts and automations for daily tasks, password rotation automation of daily tasks.• Assisting in ITIL aspects including incident management, risk management, ISO security audits, patch management
