How I became a Candidate Carer? 🩹Actually, this is a really good question, as I don't have the correct answer. I started working in "Human Ressources Department" because we told me "communication is a dead way. You should do something unconditionnally crucial. Like HR." So here I am, a bit lost 😕 within this huge department and even disappointed by what I learned. Because we don't teach you what's essential: create connection, be proactive and continuously curious, be impactful! 💥 I started as a Recruiter Officer to turn into a Candidate Carer! 👩⚕️The market became more and more agressive ; candidates are now the lucky ones 🍀 to have plenty of job opportunities. But despite everything, there are still recruiters who don't take time to respond to candidates who are not interested for the moment (but who took time to reply), who are sometimes lost between competitiveness and volume.
