For more than 3 years I've been working as a Teaching assistant, mentoring student teams for the "Practical Project" and "Introduction to Computation" courses, the first one an undergraduate course with more than 70 students enrolled each semester common to Computer Science and Design programs.

Working under an NDA with a distributed team on new features and enhancements for a complex web application with more than 600 user stories delivered to a production environment. Frontend with Ember.js (JavaScript, MVC, and Component-service pattern) and backend with PHP (Symfony, MySQL, and OOP).

I worked, since day 1, as a DRI on the Libreflix Project, a peer-to-peer video streaming platform aiming to foster Brazilian independent films. The project was backed by the Research Development Foundation (Fundep). In the first year, we reached more than 50K registered users and an average of 11TB of video delivered monthly (july/23). The related tech includes Node, MongoDB, recommender systems, P2P video streaming, and video processing.

I worked interdisciplinary fitting the gap between the dev and marketing team. I spent months thinking and writing back-end and front-end of: the institutional website; the help desk platform; a new checkout system linked with the product; a layer to better data collection and lead analysis; product integrations with e-commerce platforms and more.
