Team management and creative leadership of the digital operation of Riachuelo, a major retail brand in Brazil. Responsible for coordinating and inspiring a team of 8 people focused on the visual and content. In liaison with the strategy team, we did the creative calendar planning and developed relationships with production and media partners. We were able to change the brand’s digital culture by focusing on real consumers. We redefined the creative process pushing Strategic Planning as a key point, building best practices and insights in order to get more connected with the online sales scheme. I also was part of the team responsible for the set-up of Draftline BR, the opportunity hub for Ambev brands, such as ‘Skol’, ‘Brahma’, ‘Tônica Antarctica’, ‘Stella Artois’, ‘Budweiser’ and ‘Corona’. We stayed on top of all trends in order to produce immediate conversation with the audience via organic engagement, dark social initiatives, and targeted influencers.

As a consultant, I was part of the marketing team responsible for the creative strategy of Reserva, Reserva Mini, and Eva brands.

Team management and creative leadership of the editorial team of L’Officiel & L’Officiel Hommes Brazil.

I was in charge to plan the LOC Transportation Area creative initiatives, including directional signage at all venues, parking passes, staff and volunteers publications, and spectator guides. Also responsible for budgeting all costs and oversee production in liaison with the FIFA Marketing Area.
