In my experience as COO, I had the opportunity to develop skills that extended beyond my background as an audiovisual producer. I was directly involved in the company's strategic planning, setting goals and strategies that drove sustainable business growth.This experience was a significant milestone in my career, as it challenged me to apply my skills in a completely new context. Responsible for building the base structure of the local team, my main role was to unite all projects' areas through process innovation, tool development, team onboarding & training and communication workflow in each stage, improving the business areas in the long term.- more than 100 local projects data analysis and organization, improving best practices in the long term- tools implementation and stakeholders training in more than 100 projects- business process improvement and workflow development, engaging internal and external stakeholders in all phases of a project- working closely with internal software developers to build new tools - from budgeting to scheduling - to manage different project formats- delegate of cross-functional guidelines for local market productions and best practices of the company- onboarding internal teams, while they grow from 5 to more than 50 people
