To analyze the business model of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, to find improvement and growth possibilities. ▪️ Business: Issues such as scalability, production capacity, negotiation with suppliers, acquisition of services or products;▪️ Finance: Accounts payable/receivable management, ways to cut costs and investment opportunities;▪️ Marketing: Management of social media pages, website, competition assessment, and posts;▪️ Customer Service: Pre-sales customer relationship, negotiation, and follow-up, use of data analysis tools.
