Working on a strategic project within Philips in order to gain more insights in innovation of services. The project has its focus on improving all division in general at Philips. A qualitative report will be the outcome of my thesis period. Working together with different layers in the organization and working with multiple divisions will give insights in the problems and possible solution.

The CCB is one of three main boards of Nyenrode. Its main aim is to provide a safe and enjoyable living environment on campus and to protect Nyenrode’s estate. It is the main coordinator and focal point for students regarding issues such as internal and external conflicts, property damage, nuisance and other complaints. In my job as Secretary I coordinate this committee that acts as a mediator between students, Nyenrode and other external parties.

The main task of het Collegie tot het Protocol is to ensure that the norms and values are honoured at all times, being of utmost importance for the NCV. Furthermore, het Collegie tot het Protocol assists Nyenrode on several occasions such as information session, business challenges, online recruitment events, campus tours, graduation ceremonies and orations. In my role as Commissioner Recruitment I had the task to recruit potential Nyenrodians for the MSc program. With 115 students this year I succeed, since the average of MSc students in the past five years were 95.
