I was the third runner-up of the ASEAN Karate Sports Master Cup in 2009 and attained my first Black-belt in 2012.These days, I channel my innate desire to learn and help customers, expanding ingredients' usage and knowledge across different food applications. This all starts with a passion for Food Technology, where I aim to wake up every morning knowing what I am doing is helping people’s lives to become healthier through formulating better food products. Professionally, my background extends across a variety of functions from food research to manufacturing.
