▪︎Perform RM Sample of every vehicle of Potatoes after offloading like Length profile, Before Peeling Defects, After Peeling Defects, Defects After Cutting, DMC and Sugar Test and Prepare the RM Analysis Report and Inform the Production Team about the RM Condition.▪︎Perform DMC of new Crop of Potatoes and inform the Farmers about Harvesting plans.▪︎Online Process Monitoring of FF Line Like Washing, Peeling, Trimming, Cutting as per Cut Size, Time & Temperature of Blanchers and SAPP, Product Status after Passing through SAPP Tank as U Shape, Time, Temperature and Weight Loss Monitoring of Dryer and Fryer, Perform TPM Test of Fryer Oil,Monitoring of Defects Sorting on Inspection Conveyor and IQF Temperature Monitoring of FinalProduct and Prepare Online Process Monitoring Report.▪︎Perform FG samples in Laboratory like DMC, SAPP, Sugar and Other Physical and Sensory Evaluation Tests and prepare Finish Product Inspection Report.▪︎Monitoring of Repacking Process of Frozen French Fries by Visual Inspection, Content Inspection and Weight Checks and Prepare Repacking Monitoring Reports.▪︎Inspection of Packaging Material and Record Keeping.▪︎Perform daily Inspection on Quality, Food Safety and GMP & Give the observations to the Production Team for betterment if any Issue observed. ▪︎Feed back quality problems to the production team and find a solution to improve quality level.▪︎Conduct retention sampling, trade sampling and suggest corrective action (if any).▪︎Ensure cleanliness of the Laboratory.▪︎Inspection of personal hygiene and practices of all food handlers.▪︎Corrective/Preventive actions against customer complaints.

▪︎Perform Pre-Operational and Operational Plant inspections.▪︎To manage the process and standards of the products. ▪︎Raw ingredients, packaging material receiving and quality analysis.▪︎Analyze samples of product: pH, Organoleptic (texture, appearance, flavour) and Temperature.▪︎Perform routine checks of packaging, labels and code dates to ensure accuracy and correctness during production.▪︎Conduct retention sampling, trade sampling and suggest corrective action (if any).▪︎To ensure standards laid down for all finished products are being followed according to the relevant Recipes, standards and quality plans.▪︎Lab testing.▪︎Hold finished products when results fall outside of acceptable range, Investigate root cause and propose solutions.▪︎Prepares daily reports of inspection results.▪︎Corrective/Preventive actions against customer complaints.▪︎Ensure cleanliness of the Laboratory.▪︎To assure monitoring and implementation of operational aspects of GMP’s, Hygiene, Sanitation, Food Safety and Quality in processing areas.▪︎Feed back quality problems to the production team and find a solution to improve quality level.▪︎Improvement and development of production process for the purpose of yield enhancement, wastage reduction, quality and safety improvement.▪︎Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices at all times. Promoting the highest standards of hygiene and safe working practices.▪︎Ensure Quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) in all departments are being followed.

▪︎Determining quality control standard.▪︎Assured quality of the product from Raw material to finished product.▪︎Quality analysis of the product and record keeping.▪︎Biscuit recipe verification.▪︎Check packaging operation to assure correct packaging, Labelling, best-before marking and carton Labelling.▪︎To maintain reference samples of all Wrapping, Packing and Raw Materials.▪︎Collect product samples to routine.▪︎Conduct meeting daily, weekly and monthly basis on QDI (Quality Demerit Index) and NCR (Non Conformance Reports).▪︎Quality Demerit Index implementation and Reduction.▪︎To release Hold product that meets specifications and to place Raw or Finished product on Hold if a Quality attribute is not met. ▪︎Investigate customer and consumer complaints to improve production process, product quality and functionality.▪︎Notify process problem to the quality assurance staff and improve the quality level.▪︎To minimize the issues of quality department.▪︎Development QA plans and other required process control procedure to ensure process work in progress and finish goods meet the specified quality.▪︎To maintain overall cleanliness of all sections as per GMP’s requirements.▪︎Inspection of personal hygiene and practices of all food handlers.▪︎Conducting training of workers on GMP, HACCP and Halal management system.▪︎Overseeing and implementing HACCP, GMP and other Food Safety and quality programs for the plant.
