Working within different cultures in different geographies as an expat, ignited my passion for innovation in organisations and community. So I moved into the field of organisational development in 2012 , founded ETICS in Dubai. I facilitate organisational change, design and deliver leadership, team and personal development workshops. I also work with entrepreneurs, coach companies scaling.
