Job Responsibilities:▪ Lead finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing and implementing systems, risk management, internal controls, reporting policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial control.▪ Design and implement system procedures; supervised and prepared financial statements.▪ Conceptualize budget as per annual operating plan, monitoring budget with actual for analyzing the difference between actual and budget and take necessary its corrective action.▪ Develop and maintain statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms. Involved in the preparation and maintenance of the P&L Account and Balance Sheet.▪ Interface with management to provide reports and analysis findings. Scrutinize business income (weekly basis), and expenses along with an assessment of the unexpected variance causes. Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS reports.▪ Follow up on funds with clients & make sure of having adequate client funds against their exposures. Prepare & follow receivables after invoicing to debtors, conducting aging analysis to keep receivables under control & collections of payments, etc.▪ Prepare daily cash position to manage cash/cheques/bank transfer for the settlement of suppliers/petty cash/payroll & other related actions▪ Supervising, directing, and reviewing the work of the accounting staff and monitoring accounting functions.▪ Prepare camp wise cost analysis (Accommodation services, pricing manufacturing items by cost sturdy).▪ Implementing internal controls to improve accounting processes and procedures.▪ Participating in various: o Meeting with IT Experts for JDE development, E-billing method of invoicing. o Budget conferences to put forward the budget request.▪ Liaising with the officials for all aspects of monthly closings and financial reporting.▪ Examining the physical stock against the value recorded in the system.
