Since 2020, I have been based in the Netherlands, where I have founded two organizations - OKR Academy International and Agile Training Studio.I specialize in providing training and team coaching sessions on how to set up stretching goals using the Objective and Key Results (OKR) system. With over 7 years of experience in this field, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges that individuals and organizations face when trying to achieve their goals and have helped numerous clients succeed in this area.By combining my knowledge of agile principles, OKR, ExO with my experience in coaching and training, I am able to provide clients with holistic solutions that address their unique needs and challenges.As a certified TBR-trainer, I design all my trainings using the Training from the Back of the Room (TBR) methodology, which is based on brain-science principles and has been proven to be an effective way to teach in a more engaging and memorable way.
