*Monitoring performance against established KPIs and targets to assist taking corrective action as required. *Taking the lead role in Implementation of business releases and department related projects. *Creating Training Modules for the implementations/new projects and training the trainers across the Cluster countries. *Monthly calls with Cluster country managers to ensure simplifications ,digitalization and standardization. *Assistance of managing centralized performance dashboards and coaching responsible teams. *Reporting collations, exceptions and variance analysis for key performance indicators *Providing internal and external benchmarks of key performance indicators liaises with stakeholders on Performance delivered and exception reporting. *Communicating performance throughout the organization, using standard reports and dashboards to align all Customer Service organization about customer service performance. *Sharing and ensuring local adoption of best practices across Cluster. *Performing value added analysis to drive department performance and increase customer experience. *Organising Cluster weekly,monthly and annual meetings ,calls & Follow up on action logs and update country managers. *Identify and assign e-Learning Management System (LMS) courses across the Customer Service agents.
