I am an experienced researcher and project manager specialized in intercultural collaboration for learning and development.My purpose is enabling business leaders and organizations to develop effective intercultural collaboration across boundaries to boost their organizational learning and innovation. I have been working on a diverse portfolio of projects that integrates various knowledge domains across multiple cultural contexts. As a pragmatic, I can learn and adapt quickly. I am passionate about solving problems and implementing effective solutions.
