I have completed my workplace training, which I started on February 22, 2023 at Rollmech Automotive Industry and Trade Inc. During my training, I worked in the R&D department of Rollmech Automotive Industry and Trade Inc. Throughout the training period, my tasks included: • Part modeling using CATIA software • ENOVIA program management (SmarTeam) • Preparing Engineering BOM • Creating Product Change Request forms (PCR) and Product Change Presentations (MMA) • Editing technical drawings and preparing revisions for feasibility studies • Making changes and updating data on 2D and 3D models • Monitoring and observing the process of tests and analysis activities conducted within the DVP/R validation plan.These tasks provided valuable hands-on experience and contributed significantly to my professional development.

I have completed my design internship, which I started on August 1st,2022 at ProMec Engineering. During this internship, I had the opportunity to observe all stages of a project, from its R&D process to production, including product planning and manufacturing. My activities included: • Design with SOLIDWORKS: Part modeling and design tasks. • Production Planning with Netsis Software: Managing and tracking production schedules. • Manufacturing Observation through Machining and Non-Machining Processes: Monitoring various manufacturing methods. • Part Processing with NX CAM: Creating and optimizing machining processes.This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into both the design and production aspects of engineering projects.
