- Managing Internet Banking team and its delivery channels - Developing and executing strategies, new applications, products and services regarding internet banking- Dealing with the 3rd. parties, (web and advertising agencies, technology vendors, e-commerce companies etc.) in order to create new business opportunities- Analyzing new platforms and innovative services to implement on internet banking- Designing and implementing new customer acquisition models through digital channels such as direct banking- Developing approaches to acquire new users to Akbank Direkt while enhancing overall existing services.- Working closely with all divisions of the bank and its subsidiaries to deliver and implement a digital strategic plan- Managing the relationship between IT and Akbank business team about digital business related projects- Working on spesific unbanked solutions to create pre-banking platforms
