Having spent 10+ years within the Silicon Valley environment as a technical co-founder, I have a deep understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to production. During this time, I had multiple startups, some which acquired multiple rounds of venture capital and sustained active user bases.Throughout this time, I assumed many roles at once. From company CTO down to the code monkey in the trenches. Some projects I was the lone technical personnel, for others I had help by leading small dev teams. I enjoyed all aspects for the most part, especially leading by example: a combo of enthusiasm, expertise, pride, along with a dash of play all which I believe establishes a productive, fun, and memorable working environment.
