I dialed for dollars as an AM at CDW selling into HC accounts watching the industry consolidate to these massive healthcare systems. I used that to parlay into the Sales Enablement space - as a trainer and then as a Sr Program Mgr on the SE team. Little did I know, the SE Team would be my introduction into the world of Customer Success and SaaS platforms. Starting from 2014 I got to see multiple sides of a SaaS portal - deployment, investment and engagement blending these altogether collaborating between the many stakeholders sharing in the experience (internal, external and user based engagement).Since then I've worked with a dev shop, an email automation (marketing & transactional) company, worked with a cannabis education company and started my own firm working with small businesses. I'm a self-starter and always looking for efficiencies while driving value for both customers and my respective companies at the same time.
