 Carrying out training needs analysis; Carrying out performance assessments to determine the skills gaps between current and desirable learner’s skill levels; Marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work; Evaluating students' class work and assignments; Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to help manage trainees performance throughout the course, and actively promote trainee autonomy and reflective practice; Complete training related administrative tasks to specified standards, such as keeping student registers and attendance records; Using a modern and dynamic teaching approach which allows students to communicate easily using the English language; Develop an appropriate mix of formal and informal development activities; Ensuring the learning environment and resources support learner needs; Delivering training in both a formal (e.g. a classroom) or (e. g. floor-walking) setting; Supporting and coaching learners using learning technologies to deliver skills; Being able to teach a group and to provide struggling learners with 1:1 lessons in addition to their normal training program if needed;  Individual approach to each member of the group; Developing peer network to keep abreast of current thinking; Maintaining appropriate records of learner development by providing the management with reports regularly, especially whenever it is needed; Participating in staff meetings and extra-curricular activities
