My major job functions include:Ø Monthly compilation of financial results of the Bank for Board of Directors, along with commentary on the significant variances and their root causes, including analysis of the spread (yield) of products by performing Rate, Volume and Mix (RVM variance Analysis).Ø Preparation of monthly Retail Banking Performance Reporting Package for the Executive Committee along with Variance Analysis and reasons and recommendations.Ø Preparation of the Product Profitability and calculation of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) as well as, Service Transfer Pricing (STP) and yield.Ø Branch Wise Profitability; Branch Wise Balance Sheet and Income Statements.Ø Team member in Annual Budgeting Process for Retail Segment, keeping in view the Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Cost of Credit, analysis of Budget by forecasted targets and expansion plans.Ø Reviewing the Gross / Net Loss Ratios and comparison with Budget.Ø Daily review of significant movements of Loans, Deposits, Fee Income and Expenses as well as, Provisions.

Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) is the third Accounting Professional body constituted by Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and Office of the Auditor General (AG) of Pakistan. PIPFA is the Member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).

My major job functions included:Ø Preparation of Financial Reporting Package for Head Office (Bahrain) along with Variance Analysis.Ø Preparation of the Financial Statements of all the branches operating in Pakistan and their consolidation at Head Office (Bahrain) level, as well as, for the Consolidation at AlBaraka Banking Group (ABG) - Bahrain.Ø Dealing with Credit Rating Agencies for the Annual Rating Requirements.Ø Interaction with consultants for the Due Diligence exercise regarding the listing in the Stock Exchange.Ø Reviewing financial reporting for other head office as well as for ABGØ Finalizing periodic financial statements for compliance with the applicable accounting frameworkØ Team member in Annual Budgeting Process keeping in view the Key Targets, Product Profitability, Capital Expenses and Operating Expenses.Ø Compliance of all Corporate Regulations including filing of returns with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).Ø Dealing with external /internal auditors and tax advisor of the Bank.Ø Maintenance of Charity Account (Sources and Utilization of Non-Islamic income) and its reporting to Central Bank.
