Gülşah has over 10 years business and management experience having worked in the sales, marketing in financial services and technology industries.Gülşah began her career in 2001 as a Marketing Specialist in Yurtiçi Kargo.In 2003 she joined Turkcell. Hammaş gained increasing responsibilities throughout 4 years of service and played an active role in marketing strategies and campaigns .In 2007, Gülşah assumed the role of premium segment manager in Avea, she was responsible for acquisition and retention of the highest ARPU generating A+ subscribers of Turkey . Since 2011 Hammas has focused on search and selection solutions. She has been organizing informal “open office hours” meetings to since 2011 in order to bring a fresh approach in to search and selection industry, hence she meet with over 100 people with different backgrounds and different levels of seniority.In 2012 she has decided to establish new search and selection firm that will provide a consultative and tailored approach not only to clients but also to candidates .
