Joining DoorDash in the early days was the experience of a lifetime. In my first month, an email went out: "The day we broke Salesforce." Upon joining, I introduced a new deal structure that ultimately formed the basis of how DoorDash works with merchants today. By applying an enterprise approach to regional partnerships, we unlocked the below results:• November: Exceeded the full month's revenue goal (in the first 13 days on the job).• December: Exceeded goal by 5x• Jan to Feb: Exceeded goal by 6x (highest payout ever in company history).To scale these results across all enterprise partnerships, I stepped into a manager role in a strategy function.
