My primary role is to collect cash from the employees of company on daily basis according to their machine sale receipt.Ensuring receipts are correct and no changes had made to them.Maintain sale reports and short list to apply deduction on employees salary.Responsibilities:Handle cash, credit or check transactions with employees.Scan devices and collect payments.Ensure bill is correct.Issue change, receipts or refundsCount money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Make sales referrals and cross-sell.Resolve employees complaints, guide them and provide relevant information. Keep reports of each and every transactions. Answer employees' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue. Pleasantly deal with employees to ensure satisfaction.
