- Provide materials engineering expertise to assist product group and projects in materials related questions - Develop and create internal technical documentation ( material specifications)- Work with standards ( ISO , Norsok, API, ASME) and clients requirements ( BP, Statoil)- Perform technical review of supplier procedure ( welding/ surface treatment procedures and material specification)- Responsible for ensuring that relevant requirements related to the materials discipline are communicated to the supplier for the manufacturing of components within the scope.- Conduct technical audit of suppliers ( audit of welding/ coating services)- Responsible for audit coordination with regional Technical Managers of Technical auditor / work in close cooperation with supply chain management team;- Maintain electronic database of documents in SAP- Manage elaboration and preparation of reporting documentation
