I worked as an independent Quantity Surveyor at company Head Office in Tripoli Libya. The project consisted of 2000 apartments with four different designs. I was responsible to make the monthly invoices (IPC), subcontractor bills, rate analysis for NON BOQ items, Bar bending schedule, evaluation statements etc., I worked about a year and left the company before Qazafi's crises.

CADG had worked as an NGO for the construction of American Forces accommodation in Afghanistan (Kandhar, Lashkargah & Kabul). I joined this group as Site Engineer and at the same time I was doing invoicing under Project Manager supervision. American corps of engineers supervised the construction activity in its entirety.
