I worked as an independent Quantity Surveyor at company Head Office in Tripoli Libya. The project consisted of 2000 apartments with four different designs. I was responsible to make the monthly invoices (IPC), subcontractor bills, rate analysis for NON BOQ items, Bar bending schedule, evaluation statements etc., I worked about a year and left the company before Qazafi's crises.

CADG had worked as an NGO for the construction of American Forces accommodation in Afghanistan (Kandhar, Lashkargah & Kabul). I joined this group as Site Engineer and at the same time I was doing invoicing under Project Manager supervision. American corps of engineers supervised the construction activity in its entirety. My duties and responsibilities were similar as mentioned above for Izhar Construction PVT.
