I joined TenSixteen Bio at its inception to lead the statistical genetics efforts. Part of the Data & Genomics team, we utilized deep genetic sequence data and innovative computational approaches to call somatic mutations in the hematopoietic cells to identify individuals with clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) and better understand.

I worked as a statistical geneticist within the Discovery Genomics team, where I was involved in the ideation and development of multiple company concepts incubated under Foresite Labs. Additionally I designed and executed genetic studies using large biobank data to assist with the target discovery and validation efforts, primarily in the cardiometabolic.
