- Managing training and software development activities at EdHut.- Asset Integrity Management Software.- Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Pipeline Integrity Management (PIMS) etc.- 5+ years of experience as software business analyst (Oil & Gas) with analysis business problems, requirement gathering and gap analysis.- 2+ years of experience in developing database applications using MS Access, VBA, VB.NET & MS SQL Server.- Liaising and driving the experience with varying stakeholders like the Business, Operations, Software team, End users etc.- Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents, Requirement Specification documents (SRS) and User Interface Guides.- Experience in co-coordinating with business and IT across all phases of software development life cycle.- Expertise in writing and implementing test scenarios, test cases, system testing, regression testing and maintaining traceability matrices for baseline documents.- Work with technical teams to ensure accurate conversion of business requirements into functional specifications & technical design.- Experience of producing UAT test cases.- Experience of working in Oil & Gas domain and have a good knowledge of CMMS/ HSE/ ERP/ Corrosion management softwares.- Experience of executing a product implementation using agile methodology.- Ability to plan and prioritise workload efficiently and effectively.- Strong Microsoft Office skills including MS Word, Project, Visio, Excel & PowerPoint etc.- Experience in providing end user training, administrator training and user support.- Experience in writing user manuals, operating manuals, installation manuals etc.- Experience in project management by generating weekly report, client communications, team communications, client response- Capability to convert technical methodologies into software.- Conducting sessions and workshops with the Business stakeholders to elicit the requirements.
