 To supervise of assessment and distribution, ensuring reach out to the most vulnerable communities; The employee should ensure overall supervision of timely, appropriate and quality implementation of the project activities.  Plan, train, implement, monitor the project activities and trouble shoot the issues as arises and facilitate and handhold the team as per need. To ensure appropriate visibility and branding as per visibility protocols of the organization. To ensure realistic timetable of activities and revise it accordingly. To ensure project documentation are in accordance with organizational requirement.  To compile and update weekly distribution records.  To assist in collection of assessment and distribution data, synthesis, analysis and final compilation of all the data. Support in Reporting to project officer along with the other team members, and ensure the deadlines. To coordinate and train the field team for the quality data collection and consolidation Coordinate with Local Administration for implementation and endorsement of activities. Compulsorily respect GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Compile and analyze project data on regular basis and further share the clean data with the authorized persons for further process. Assist MEAL unit in data collection, data cleaning and data consolidation related to surveys, assessments and project activities as well as direct and indirect beneficiaries. Ability to ensure quality data processing and identifying and addressing issues with gathered data. Liaise with the MEAL and program teams in the field and provide technical and procedural assistance where required. Any other tasks assigned by the line manager
