As the CEO, I successfully led the expansion of company operations to a second country. I developed and implemented a comprehensive strategy to establish a strong presence in the new market, ensuring a successful entry and the achievement of business objectives. I directed and supervised all activities related to the expansion, including talent selection and management, adaptation of marketing and sales strategies, and negotiation of key business agreements. Additionally, I built strong relationships with local partners and relevant stakeholders, establishing a robust network and gaining deep understanding of the country's business and cultural dynamics. As a result of these efforts, we achieved significant growth and increased market penetration, positioning the company as a key player in the new country.

I lead the development of Insurtech technology in all the business lines and subsidiaries of the company.

As the "Chairman of the Technology Council," I oversee the group's Chief Technology Officer and have overall responsibility for managing all technology and cybersecurity operations within the organization. I work closely with technology and security teams to ensure the alignment with strategic objectives and effective protection of the group's systems and data. Additionally, I play a key role in technology decision-making, driving digital transformation initiatives, and managing cyber security risks.

I directed the technological and IT infrastructure development of the group, I also consolidated all IT areas to create a Technological Innovation department within the group.

Developed software & hardware solutions, done technical support, reverse engineered and managed leading teams of very talented people. Started as Software Engineer until a promotion to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the development & integration of industrial and academical technologies, reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for computational infrastructure including software & hardware.

Developed software, web pages, Literature (computers) and some hardware; I have been contracted by companies which I have worked before like: eComp & ITESM.

Developed industrial software and got involved in maintenance of hardware & software for companies like: Nissan, Suburbia, Government agencies and shoes factories.
