 Performing Position, Stock and cash reconciliation with PB/Custody/Counterparty and resolve all open breaks. Investigations and resolution of TLM exception/aged breaks and timely coordinate with Internal and external parties Serves as subject matter expert and conducts research to gather information on the most complex, multi-faceted transactions and provides answers to complex inquiries that have been escalated by lower levels. Following up on actions for pending transactions/incorrect booking with trade team/bank/custody. Provided the closing balances to Fund Accounting team to post the NAV. Responsible for the most complex reconciliations analysis (cash, asset, trade matching, and market value), breakassignment, resolution of reconciliation breaks, and trade fails. Preparing reconciliation templates and discussing open items with the respective stakeholders for timely clearance. Provides guidance and training to less experienced team members Reviews data and assists in resolving escalated problems that may arise during the normal daily, weekly or monthlyaccounting and reporting. All the deliverables are performed within the agreed timelines without errors and mistakes. May also participate in monthly end-client statement workflow, ad hoc reporting, and incident management. Closely work with counterparty and onshore effectively to clear breaks and valuations. Coordinate with prime broker, Client operations and investment management client region to ensure the accuracy of daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations.  Exercises own judgement and collaborates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to resolve reconciliations ofaccounts for complex or typical transactions.
