•Job profileHandling 9 member team Taking care of a Vertical Blue Collar (Technical) & Sales & coordinating.Major Clients like, Flip kart, Godrej, Grofers, DHL Express, Tata Motors, Metarain.com, Accenture, Vodafone, MTS, Madhura Garments, BFL, Godrej Hire care, Himalaya, Reliance insurance, TATA motors etc... Engineering (Blue Collar)• Guiding team members for sourcing as per the client’s requirement & Giving Hire Craft training, • Tie-up with Govt. Colleges, Institutes & NGO’s for the data base collection of all the vertical candidates.• Arranging Job fairs. & participate all the Job fairs along with recruitment team. • Field work in rural areas, meeting Gram Panchayat’s for arranging meeting with the skilled & semi-skilled candidates.• Daily meeting with the team members to understand the line-ups for the day.• Keeping track of the commitments from the team members on regular basis.• Meeting the client as soon as we get the requirement to know the actual profile, experience & salary part.• Co-ordinating with the clients on daily basis, arranging date & time of the interviews.• Screening candidates such as, checking their certificates, Knowledge of hands on experience, total experience.• Sending the list of the candidates in proper excel sheet, who are attending the interview.• After interviews, taking the feedback from the client within 24hrs time, getting the joining formalities done from the selected candidates, make them join within the required timelines, solving candidates queries etc.• Interacting & communicating with the clients for interview. • Keeping track on Joinee’s & closures • Keeping track of reports & daily commitments • Giving all the updates to the clients through mails, handling internal Team members.

• Responsible for sourcing candidates for all the Key Accounts clients.• SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for the Sourcing Team.• Understanding the requirement for which the requisition number is shared.• Interacting with the Hiring Managers.• Sourcing resumes through various Job portals, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Agency Support, Job fairs, Field activity (Head hunting), Poster Activities, Target with other competitors & approaching college students, Internal references, Connect with social media, Internal data base SMS blast• Taking preliminary round of telephonic interview.• Keeping a systematic record of the candidates who had attended the interview.• Responsible for fulfilling given targets under the deadlines, and assisting the other team members.
