• Understand the machine layout and choose materials compatible with the fluid type (hydraulic oil, coolant, etc.) based on pressure, flow rate, and temperature requirements. • Plan routes to avoid sharp bends and interference with moving parts, selecting hoses and tubes with appropriate diameters to minimize pressure loss and maintain flow efficiency.• Secure hoses/tubes with clamps and supports, ensuring flexibility for moving parts without causing tension or abrasion, and use swivel fittings where needed.• Pressure-test the system post-installation, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and document the routing for future maintenance and inspection.
