As a recent graduate of Universität Passau with a master's degree in development studies, I am eager to apply my academic knowledge and skills to real-world challenges and opportunities. I have a keen interest in social justice, equality, and diversity, and I believe that these values are essential for creating positive and sustainable impact in any field or sector.Currently, I am working as an early talent experience intern at SAP, where I support the design and delivery of innovative and engaging programs and events for various talent segments. In this role, I have leveraged my skills in event coordination, social media content creation, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) to enhance the employee experience and employer brand of SAP. Previously, I gained valuable experience in project management, communications, customer experience, and public relations at Allianz Technology and trivago, where I worked on international and cross-cultural projects with diverse teams and stakeholders. Through these experiences, I have developed excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a drive to excel in everything that I undertake.
