CurrentJob Responsibilities:Recruitment: To effectively takeover client requirements and information from BD team after/during discussions with the Client. Understanding the deliverables, the time frames etc and handle all the client interfaces after signing of the contract. Handling recruitments on wide range of skill-sets and the positions i.e., junior, middle and senior management levels Posting Jobs on Job Portals of present requirement. Sourcing, validating and short listing of CVs Candidate interface and nurturance Co ordinate with the client, conducting interviews to select suitable candidates for the required positions To efficiently place candidates and close all mandates in hand Tracking and follow up collections Campus Recruitment, for our Clients like Sutherland, Infosys BPO, Sitel, Sutherland and AHSInduction to New Hires: Joining Formalities: helping new joinees in filling up new joiner form, collecting documents, General briefing about the company and introduction & explanation. Updating files and various reports regarding the new joinersGeneral: Responsible for issuing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters. Handling Exit formalities. Maintaining candidate files, Attrition files. Salary, Leave & other. Arranging Training as per requirement.Time Office - Management: Updating the leave Record of all the deputees. Issuance of ID cards to the deputees Daily reviewing the Attendance Record of the deputees. Reviewing the late coming Report of all on a daily basis and taking suitable action as and when required. Monitoring the deputee Monthly Attendance. (Grievance Handling) By having one to one feedback session with the Deputee & Client addressing the problem to the concerned heads, to get an effective & early solution. Providing counseling to deputees to resolve work-related problems
