I love to challenge myself as an instructor. I'm giving the trainings once in two months. This is an opportunity for me to step aside my main job responsibilities, learn something new and meet all the great people that come to my classes. I'm business analyst in the heart. Always curious, willing to figure out the reasons, motivation and recommend the best approach to solve things. I am into business analysis for around 15 years now. Lot of this time was spent learning by own experience and mistakes, reading other experience stories, trying and failing, trying and succeeding the new techniques and approaches. I am so grateful that I have had so many inspiring people around me during this journey who challenged me, who supported me, and who appreciated me. Together we have done few business analysis conferences, lots of meetups, lots of business analysis fun staff, joy. Also worked as a systems analyst in multiple large and medium scale product development projects mostly for public sector and banks. During couple of business process analysis projects I gained good practical experience in BPM, modelling with BPMN2.

I worked as a system analyst in Latvia's Customs information system development project: Centralised Customs Payment system. My responsibility was development of supporting functionality, maintenance, system requirements descriptions, DB designing (ERWin), user interface programming (CENTURA), DB process programming Informix SQL environment, testing, user manual preparation and HELP description.
