Responsibilities:-As a Product Owner for Customer Engagement Evidence (Intl), spearheading the establishment of a new data product, Designing Product Vision, Roadmap & Strategy to capture campaign journey of a customer across various channels and events in order to cater to the requirements of marketing and analytical reporting teams.-Working on streamlining multiple processes for data analysis as well as defining benchmarks for data quality across Enterprise Customer Engagement Products.
