I graduated from the department of "Chemical Engineering" at Gazi University (2006). Between 2007 and 2010, I worked as a"Laboratory Supervisor" in charge of conducting the chemical analyses and physical controls of the raw material received raw (unprocessed) and supporting the quality processes for Kaltun Madencilik; and between 2011 and 2012, I worked as a "Chemical Engineer" for Cimstone, which is one of the world's first producers of new-generation quartz surface coating materials.Between 2012 and 2014, I worked as the "Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Engineer” for Egefer at the construction of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport New Domestic Terminal. I managed and performed audits for all occupational health and safety practices, including subcontractor activities, in accordance with the customer's HSE policy. Between 2014 and 2018, I worked as an "Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Inspector" in the fields of occupational health and safety management, risk analysis, nonconformity elimination, subcontractor controls, and internal audit at Viessmann, a global-scale heating, industrial, and cooling technology systems producer. I pioneered the successful establishment of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.In 2019, I went to Malta and improved my English knowledge at the European School of English. In 2021, by completing the necessary career education, I achieved my qualification in NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health). Between 2022 and 2023, I worked as "Q-HSE Site Manager" in HTT (Heraeus Tokmak Türkiye) belonging to Heraeus Group. I was the "Contact Person" for the Global Q-HSE Office Head and responsible persons; I took part in the teams established for improvement and/or development activities within the company.Since July 2023, I have been working as an "Occupational Hygienist" at Oksüt Madencilik (owned by Centerra Gold Inc.) responsible for identifying chemical, physical, biological, and psychosocial risks according to international standards, providing relevant training, reporting and updating top management. I am one of the few "Occupational Hygienists" working in a global-scale international organization in Türkiye. I always know that human life comes before work, and I never accept bending rules.
