My recent project was creating user journey maps and design systems for digital product e-commerce (HayuMarket), small finance institutions (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam), both on desktop and mobile screen. I work together to discuss and develop the product requirements, roadmap, and timetable with the product owner and engineers. Submit the work estimation, team member management, assignment, and job breakdown into the Jira project management system. Give the following design concepts or solutions to problems:- Investigate client needs, follow design trends, gather resources, put eye-catching designs into practice. - Conduct user research via directed storytelling interview and shadowing observation. - Create user journey maps and user flow diagrams.- Create and maintain operational design systems for the designers and front end developers. Matching colors, typography, iconography, components look and feel.- Create wireframes, prototypes, low-fidelity designs, and high-fidelity designs on Figma.- Crosscheck with front-end developers to make sure the design is accurately implemented.

My last project was creating a solution for a network infrastructure provider company to manage their complaint tickets. I set up remote lightning decision jam and shadowing observation to discover their pain points: struggling from assigning man powers, updating tasks, to creating reports all manually based on tens to thousands of chats on WhatsApp Group per day. I designed a desktop based dashboard web service for Network Operation Control (NOC) to assign new tickets to Field Operation Control (FOC). FOC will use an Android app to update their ticket progress. With the new system, it is hoped that both NOC and FOC’s work will be easier, because changes in ticket status, time and location are recorded more accurately, thus analytical reports can be generated automatically.As a front end developer, I craft websites in HTML5, CSS (SCSS), and JS for various well-known brand products and campaigns. I develop with mobile-first approach, mostly with frameworks like Bootstrap and Tailwind.

I am motivated by the mission of Micepedia to simplify and streamline the process of reserving MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions)/Event vendors. I arrange user research to find out event planners' problems: searching for event related products to match the required specification, price and availability is a painstaking process. I am responsible for designing the user journey maps and design system of the website, from ideation to implementation. I collaborated with a professional event planner and back-end developer to create a web service platform for all event needs from venue, transportation, equipment, catering, and talent.
