The role involved long term strategic plans, budgets, evaluation of in licensing opportunities and due diligence. As a member of an executive management team of a public company, I was involved in financing, prioritization of the portfolio, personnel and worked close to the board.As the CEO of a virtual company, I negotiated contracts with service providers and consultants, established relationships with KOLs. I secured financing from existing and new investors and contributed to the formation of a joint venture in China.As an investment manager of several portfolio companies, I have experience from board positions, strategic discussions and financing.In summary, I have experience from the entire R&D value chain (discovery to NDA) and from small, midsized and large pharma companies.
