Key responsibilities include:• Designing and developing scalable test cases, reporting dashboards, and Jira workflows for the application.• Validating data and conducting testing on ETL pipelines to process and aggregate data for customers.• Executing comprehensive regression test suites and performing smoke testing after deployment.• Conducting API testing using Postman to verify application functionality and integration.• Efficiently reporting and tracking defects using Jira for effective issue management.• Collaborating with the automation team to develop and implement automated test cases.• Preparing onboarding documents and presentations for new team members.• Serving as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, including customer services, implementation teams, and customer operations teams.• Organized cross‑project training and knowledge‑sharing sessions within and across teams for application features and Jira.

During my tenure at Fidelity which is one of the largest asset managers in the world I contributed to two significant projects:Global Fund Accounting System (GFAS): I worked on this multi‑currency processing system designed for the mutual/investment fund industry.Invest One: Invest One is the Fund Accounting System from Sunguard. Invest One represents the books and records of all our funds and records any information that affects our funds.
