• Performing detailed analysis of the Network & Customer Service KPI’s to improve the Quality of network and customer satisfaction to maintain the compliance & benchmarking. Liasioning with govt. agencies like ISRO, NOCC, and DoT to obtain approvals for establishing VSAT links. Active interaction with TRAI and Industry associations like AUSPI and COAI for discussing various Industry issues like; MIS Report Automation project. Interaction and representation at industry forums like COAI for consensus building & furtherance of business concerns.• To monitor Non-compliances related to EMF parameters and provide support to circle teams for preparing response for the same and working closely with cross functional teams to understand and pursue the business issues.• VSAT Planning & liasoning with various government agencies for approval.• To ensure meeting USO Compliances and extend support to circle teams for( by representating ) taking up issues with Infrastructure Provider (IP) to increase site uptime performance and cost saving.• Good know how of Telecom policies in the country & always updated of the developments in Technology space which helps in Network Quality reviews & develop future proof plans.

• To perform Network Analysis and to provide resolution to Network Problems across Delhi & 63 circle in India. It Involves study and analysis of the performance statistics e g: - (Satellite Interactive Terminal) which involved detailed analysis of Voice & Data Quality KPI’s and initiating projects to improve the Quality and maintain the benchmarks with remarkable improvements. Deep down analysis on bad POI’s and to find solution as to maintain the quality of the network.• Working closely with Infinium central team to improve network quality which involves broadband, networking & connectivity, customize to meet requirements effectively.  Day to day interaction with the circle team to ensure optimum network performance and streamlining of the performance reports of the respective circle which resulted in appreciation.• Audit of various parameters, doing benchmark of the network on the basis of network performance across India and hygiene check which also result in improvement of KPI’s. Troubleshooting on servers and deep down analysis to resolve which majorly involves planning, design, acceptance testing, Technical Documentation, equipment sourcing & performance. Good hands on NMS ( Network Management System ) enabling centralized troubleshooting of the network remotely
