Holding the Responsibility of Capex and Opex Procurement for the various plants of Laxmi Organics Industries limited along with New vendor development

• Review of RFQ received from Engineering in totality. • Floating Enquiry along with General Purchase Conditions to all client /End User approved sub- suppliers.• Co-ordination with the suppliers for timely receipt of techno-Commercial offers.• Preparation of Parametric Technical Analysis & Commercial Bid Analysis.• Co-ordination with Engineering and Quality department for detailed technical evaluation of the offers and resolution of the technical queries, if any, followed by approval of Technical Bid Analysis.• Negotiation with the suppliers on Price, Delivery, Credit Period and other Terms & Finalization of Orders.• Preparation and issuance of Purchase order in SAP Module and Receipt of PO acknowledgement, Vendor Document Requirement Schedule, Manufacturing Schedule, Inspection Test Plan etc., from suppliers.• Arrangement of Kick Off Meeting with customer, internal stake holders and sub-suppliers within three weeks of confirmation of Purchase order.• Closely check on the manufacturing progress of sub-suppliers either by visiting personally or through desktop audit.• Arranging Inspections in line with the project requirement at sub-supplier place.• Arranging freight forwarder for pickup of material, custom clearance & dispatch the same to end customer.• Follow ups for payment & taking customer feedback for supplied items.• Arranging Budgetary quotes from all the suppliers during project bidding stage. • Maintaining purchasing files, records and necessary documentation as per corporate audit requirements.
