Some of the examples have been included transactional databases to execution systems used across factories• Led the team to take the right and cost (time/money) effective decisions and not the easiest or fastest by challenging the decisions on multiple occasions - leading to a stable and user friendly application across factories.• Worked with stakeholders on aligning the business processes• Handled multiple projects simultaneously and delivered results in each of them in a disciplined manner, such as Response Flow Checklist (RFC) management system which saved around thousands of dollars in units scrapped.
