Delivering large scale IT initiatives for the bank by leading a team of delivery partners and strategic vendors.In my role as Program Manager/Technical Project Manager, I was responsible for delivery and Vendor engagements, Project Scoping, Planning, Monitoring Design, Build and overall system partner Integration, System Testing and System Integration Testing, User Acceptance testing, Implementation, Financials and Stakeholder Management. I have managed a number of initiatives within the bank in this role. To name a few:- Replacing Core Banking System of ANZ Laos- PCI DSS Compliance for Australia Division to enhance cardholder data security and facilitate the adoption of data security measures to align with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)- Lending simplification project to consolidate and simplify lending products- Visa Debit cards in Cambodia to introduce Visa Debit Chip Card in Cambodia and migrate the existing Cardholders to the new card- Integration of Global Customer Integration System which is ANZ's cash management system, with in house systems

Managed on-going initiatives for Core Banking Australia team in the role of Release Manager. These initiatives included medium to large size projects that required enhancements in Core Banking system. I was responsible for the end to end delivery of Core Banking system enhancement, integrating with other applications as core banking systems were lead applications in these initiatives, responsible for ST, SIT, and End to End testing and supporting during UAT, implementation, support BVT and post implementation support.

As BA, was responsible for writing use cases, Functional Specifications, Test planning and scripting etc. Worked in for various areas within the bank being Core banking, Custodian services, SWIFT Messaging, to name a few.
